MBR City is a collection of new projects in Dubai with a total worth of AED 30 billion. The area will host tourist facilities, leisure venues, the largest shopping center on the globe and a huge park in the largest-in-size man-made lagoon. At the same time, there will be no less than 45 million square feet of off-plan residential properties. In May 2015 the project was officially inaugurated and the works on the numerous new projects in MBR City began.
