Architecture

This is a square 17-story building with stylized turrets at the corners of the roof. The exterior design is of warm sand color and protruding balconies with glass parapets are located around the perimeter. The lower podium floor out-stands a little off the side of the road. Relief elements uniting the balconies are located along the facade of the building. They form a special geometric pattern on the walls of the tower.

Internal amenities

The Oriental luxury lobby is located on the lower floor. The complex has separate pools for men, women and children, while the temperature of the water in the pools is regulated.
