About the apartments

There is only a select number of apartments available in The 118. One of the reasons is that the first apartment can only be found on the 14th floor. The other reason is that the 26 apartments in this building each cover an entire floor while there are also 2 duplex penthouses. Residents can choose between 2 different styles for the interior design of the units: Classic or Contemporary. The apartments come with 4 bedrooms but this number can be reduced to 2 or 3 when required.
