Architecture

The building has 23 floors and the skyscraper towers on a trapezoid podium. The rectangular construction consists of glass and concrete. Windows, balconies, awnings and protective panels form a clear geometric pattern, at the base of which lie rectangular motifs. The roof of the building is embossed and consists of several sections of unequal height.
