Binghatti Gateway is located in Al Jaddaf, sometimes also spelled as Al Jadaf, which is a locality in Dubai. The surrounding areas include Zabeel in the South, Dubai Creek in the East and Umm Hurair 2 in the West. Al Jaddaf means “the rower” and historically this area was used for building “dhows’, traditional Emirati boats used for fishing.
