Architecture
The almost transparent edifice with a height of 62 floors seems to be a frozen fountain due to the vertical lines of the supporting walls, full-length glazing and two decorative descending sections. In front of the tower, there will be an elevation where the townhouses will be located. There will be an exit to the pier surrounded by the water and yachts where a two-level open-air cafe will be arranged. The roof of the townhouses will be exploited and beautified with gardens with rare tree species.
Amenities
The complex will host cafes and restaurants facing the water line. Inhabitants will be able to walk by the shady paths among the opulent blooming greenery. Cozy BBQ zones will allow inhabitants to have a party with friends and family. Children will enjoy the equipped playgrounds, play areas and kid's pool. Adults will be able to visit the gym and the large swimming pool. There will be also several tennis courts. In addition, a mosque will be built for residents. The complex will operate a 24-hour security, and the cars can be stalled in a spacious indoor parking.
