Architecture
The building has 28 floors and occupies a wide rectangular platform, where the tower itself is in the shape of an L while the rest of the complex is raised to five floors. The bronze-colored balcony fences create a pattern of vertical stripes along the facade of the building. In the middle, where the parapets of the balconies are transparent, a clear rectangle is formed. The roof is crowned with the builder's logo and the side of the building is decorated with a large letter D.
