Architecture
This is a 24-story building installed on astylobate. The base of the tower and the podium are square. The roof is relief; two sections on each side form a fence for the inner part, where the garden, pool and other amenities are nestled. Due to the wide windows in the entire wall, the main element of the facade is glass. The main structural elements and external bearing walls are made in beige and brown tones. These colors create a bright contrast, while remaining warm at the same time. Along with green inserts on the facade, the lush greenery around and the roof garden, this feels close to nature.
