The Floating Seahorse Villas are located on the artificial islands called the World, which is a representation of the nations in the world. To be more specific, the villas are part of the Heart of Europe (THOE), which represents Europe in this project and consists of 6 islands. The location allows residents and visitors to fully soak up the stunning surrounding of the ocean. The islands are located about 4 km off the coast of Dubai while the surrounding islands will host a variety of culinary and entertainment options.

The Floating Seahorse Villas are a set of exclusive villas on the water. Each villa has 3 levels:

• Underwater level: This floor houses the bedrooms while this also the ideal place to enjoy the underwater views of the sea.
• Sea level: This is where the living room and the kitchen can be found, both of which come fully fitted and furnished.
• Upper sky deck: The perfect place to spend most of your time while enjoying the sea breeze and the amazing views. The area is decorated with a lounge area and a kitchenette.
