Complex appearance

It consists of 3 high towers of 32 and 36 floors that have almost 500 units in total number. They have own names – Central, East and West. All three buildings are united by a common stylobate. Its straight lines and rectangular shape contrasted with rounded oval towers. The light beige color of the decoration and the huge glazed squares fit perfectly into the surrounding urban landscape. The towers are bristling with balconies, which slightly hides the smoothness of their main bodies and unites them into a single architectural ensemble.

The close proximity of Sheikh Zayed road eases access to necessary objects.

About the units

There are studios, 1bedroom apartment from 914 sq ft and and 2bedrooms from 1433 sq ft in the towers. Residents will not feel in the crowd, since each floor has only 6 units. Every window offers a stunning view of the Sea, fountains or architecture pearls. There is a separate place for storage.
