Architecture
Two 12-storey buildings are arranged in the form of the letter L, with the short sides to each other. A closed cozy courtyard with many amenities is formed inside. The complex looks modern, but with oriental notes. This is facilitated by embossed lightweight constructions along the facade, a special arrangement of windows, resembling a mosaic and the sand color of the finish. The inner part of the building, which overlooks the courtyard, is not decorated with relief elements. There are large panoramic windows here. Between them, there are black, dark gray and brown vertical stripes.

Upon entering, the first thing that residents and guests see is the spacious and elegant lobby. The building offers meeting rooms and work spaces, a business center, a library and much more. Laundry and concierge services are ready to help the residents. The gorgeous fully equipped gym allows inhabitants to have intensive workouts.
