Where is situated?

Jumeirah Village Circle is a young promising area located in the center of New Dubai. This is the perfect option for a family quiet life. The stability and moderation is felt everywhere. However, thanks to a well-established infrastructure, anyone can easily plunge into the world of entertainment or get into the business center of the city.

What is around?

Appearence

The complex is a single 27-storeyed tower of light colors and rectangular shape. It is made using monolithic-frame construction technology; the external walls are lined with twin blocks. At the base of the building is a regular square, larger at the base and tapering after the fifth floor. On each floor around the perimeter, there are balconies that give comfort to the apartments and enliven the appearance of the tower itself. Cleverly placed accent, both architectural and made with living plants, make the complex look lovely and fresh.

What is inside?

The complex will be able to boast of commercial premises; residents will not have to make long trips to shop. Al Sondos Holding L.L.C. was found in 1983. Nowadays it is present not only in UAE, but also in other Middle East and CIS countries. The project is preparing to be finished in 2019.
