About the apartments

The Volante residential tower offers 2-bedroom apartments, which cover a half-floor (5.000 sq. ft.), and 4-bedroom units which cover an entire floor (10.000 sq.ft.).

The 2-bedroom apartments are provided with a light kitchen in the front and a wet kitchen in the back of the apartment. On the terrace, which opens an impressive view on the Dubai Canal, there is space for 12 people. The bedrooms are en-suite and Italian marble is used for the bathroom finishes.

The 4-bedroom units offer the same facilities as the 2-bedroom apartments. However, they also come with a master bedroom, which has its own sitting room and separate dressing rooms for both men and women. Another advantage of these units is that there is additional space to accommodate 3 staff members.
