New projects in Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City (MBR)
Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, more often referred to as MBR City, is a mixed-use development that was announced in 2012 by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum himself. MBR City is a collection of new projects in Dubai with a total worth of AED 30 billion. The area will host tourist facilities, leisure venues, the largest shopping center on the globe and a huge park in the largest-in-size man-made lagoon. At the same time, there will be no less than 45 million square feet of off-plan residential properties. In May 2015 the project was officially inaugurated and the works on the numerous new projects in MBR City began.
Where is Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City (MBR) located?

What kind of new real estate projects can be found here?
The masterplan for MBR City comprises several parts of which these are the main areas.
Meydan City: This development will take up about 25% of MBR City. After completion, this area will surround the Dubai Racing Club and house a number of residential developments, such as Sobha Hartland, MBR City District One, Nad Al Sheba and Meydan 1.

What about transport and parking in Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City (MBR)?
MBR City is only 10 minutes away from Business Bay where residents have access to the Red Metro Line with the stations Business Bay and Noor Bank.
