Located on the Dubai Canal, Business Bay is a trendy district that is located not far away from Downtown and the Burj Khalifa area. The district is both a residential area and a business hub and is one of the most popular districts for investment. Following its example Manhattan in New York, Business Bay aims at becoming the Central Business District (CBD) of Dubai and was the idea of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed himself. The area covers more than 80 million square feet.
