So far, Credo Investments has completed 2 projects in Dubai. One of them is Le Presidium (2016), two buildings with 12 floors, located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The other one is Mon Reve (2016), a building consisting of 17 floors, located in Downtown Dubai. 

Currently, the company has two developments underway, which are the Majestique Residence 1 and Majestique Residence 2, both located in Dubai South. They are low-rise buildings, offering affordable apartments with a convenient location. Both projects are currently being built and will be completed in 2020.
