Architecture

The five-story white-brown building is built in the shape of the letter L. The exterior design is laconic and elegant. Large balconies and a clear exterior geometry, combined with a velvety-looking texture, make the building flawless in its simplicity. The roof protrudes slightly to the sides, creating a peculiar canopy over the balconies of the upper floor.
