Appearance

The large-scale construction is presented in the form of an equilateral triangle. The building, representing modern architecture, stands on top of it. It occupies a rectangular area and is located along its perimeter, leaving the middle unoccupied. The walls of the building are reduced to the middle, forming outlines resembling star rays while the facade sparkles with windows.
