Emaar South is a sub-community of Dubai South and therefore located on the outskirts of Dubai. This new villa community is not far from Al Maktoum International Airport and close to the Expo2020 area. Residents of Emaar South have access to their own 18-Hole Championship Golf Course and a number of family-friendly parks. The area has quality amenities and is a great place for families with children. Emaar South is under development and even though some units have already been handed over, there are still lots of off-plan projects for sale.
Emaar South is located in Dubai South, near Emirates Road (E611) and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). For people working in the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) this is the ideal place to call home. Reimond's Lake, also known as Love Lake, is a beautiful man-made lake that resembles two hearts that are intertwined. The strategically planted trees spell out the word ‘LOVE’ when viewed from an aircraft or drone.
The total area of Emaar South covers 700 hectares (1,725 acres) and is divided into the following sub-communities:
Apartments in this area come with 1-3 bedrooms while the villas and townhouses are provided with 2-4 bedrooms and range in size from 1.300-2.500 sq. ft. In this freehold area, the Expo Golf subcommunity is the most completed area. In the other areas mentioned above, you can find lots of off-plan projects for sale with convenient payment plans.
For a secluded area as Emaar South, the public transport options in the area are quite acceptable. There are 2 bus stops near the area while the closest metro station will take you about 15 min by car. At the same time, the area is more convenient for those who own a vehicle. With easy access to Emirates Road (E611), Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd (E311), and Sheikh Zayed Rd (E11) residents can commute to any part of Dubai.
PArking in Dubai South is not an issue as each apartment has its own parking space in the designated parking in the basement of each residential building. The townhouses and villas each have their own parking spaces and some of them even come with their own parking garage. For visitors and guests, there are separate parking spaces or you can leave your vehicle on the streets.

Emaar South is an area under development, meaning that not all future amenities are already available. Having said that, there are few areas in Dubai that have access to a world-class golf course like the one in Emaar South. The area is also family-friendly with children’s play areas, swimming pools for both adults and kids, BBQ areas for quality time with family and friends, and loads of parks and landscaped greenery.
Schools and hospitals are absent in Dubai South but can be found in neighbouring districts, usually taking no more than 15 minutes to get there.
