Where is Dubai Sports City located?

Situated on Mohammad Bin Zayed Road and near Al Khail Road, DSC has a convenient location that allows residents to quickly get to most parts of the city.   • Gallery Villas: This is a more expensive part of DSC that consists of 3- and 5-bedroom townhouses and villas located around the golf course.
  • Victory Heights: This part consists of 7 villages located on the golfway vistas. The villas and townhouses in this area come in various sizes and designs.
  • Canal Residence: Designed in various architectural styles, these apartment buildings are dotted along the 1.2-kilometer waterway and offer studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.

All units have in common that they are on the affordable side of the spectrum and that they are well-equipped when it comes to amenities. The area is still developing and that is why there is also a variety of off-plan properties on the market, interesting for both homebuyers and investors.

DSC is not connected to the metro system but there is a bus line that connects residents to most parts of the city.
