Dubai South, formerly known as Dubai World Central, is a self-contained district. The area is near the Al Maktoum International Airport, which is aiming to become the largest airport in the world. Upon completion, Dubai South will be a perfect blend of residential properties, commercial and logistics spaces and the aviation industry. Dubai South covers 145 sq. km. and is located 5 min from Al Maktoum Airport and 20 minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road. In the future, Dubai South will be home to more than 1 million residents spread over numerous apartment buildings and villas. The district has a direct connection with Jebel Ali Port through a dedicated logistics corridor. Dubai South also has access to the main trans-Emirates highways, Al Maktoum Airport and the future Etihad Rail Network, providing the area with unrivaled speed, connectivity, and resilience.

  • The Pulse, a self-sustainable community with apartments, townhouses, hotels, a mall, and a boulevard.

Car owners can park their cars in the basement parking when living in an apartment (1 space per apartment) while the villas each have covered parking for at least 2 vehicles. You can easily get to other parts of the city by taking Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311).
