Located in the heart of Dubailand, DAMAC Hills (Akoya by DAMAC), better known as DAMAC Hills, is a project of master developer DAMAC Properties. This company is known for developing luxury residential, commercial and hospitality real estate. DAMAC Hills covers more than 42 million square feet and is home to a variety of different projects, including apartments, townhouses, and villas. One of the unique features of the new project is the 18-hole Trump PGA Championship level course. The area aims to become the Beverly Hills of Dubai and offers lots of amenities dotted over the territory.
DAMAC Hills is located in Dubailand on Al Qudra Road (D63). Most of the territory is situated around the Trump International Golf Club. As DAMAC Hills is an area that is still partly under construction, there are many off-plan projects for sale. DAMAC Hills is a residential area with not only luxury townhouses and villas but also with apartments of different sizes. The apartments have a maximum number of 4 bedrooms and come in several price classes. When you are looking for a more spacious unit, you can opt for a townhouse or villa. These units are dotted over the 26 sub-communities and have 3 to 6 bedrooms. The 6-bedroom villas have a spectacular view on the golf course.
When you depend on public transport to get around, DAMAC Hills is not the most convenient area. There are few taxis in the area but you can order one with apps such as Uber and Careem. The district is not connected to the metro and there are no on-site bus stops. However, when you are a car owner you won’t have any problems. The apartments come with one covered parking space, usually in the basement of the building, and the villas have 2 or more parking spots. Guests and visitors can easily park their cars on the streets or in the designated visitor parking areas.
