One of the unique features of the new project is the 18-hole Trump PGA Championship level course. DAMAC Hills is located in Dubailand on Al Qudra Road (D63). Most of the territory is situated around the Trump International Golf Club.  At the Golf Club, you can also find the Trump Clubhouse which offers pools, gyms and a health club while there are also several high-end restaurants. DAMAC Hills consists of  3 parts:

What about transport and parking in DAMAC Hills?

When you depend on public transport to get around, DAMAC Hills is not the most convenient area. There are few taxis in the area but you can order one with apps such as Uber and Careem. The district is not connected to the metro and there are no on-site bus stops. However, when you are a car owner you won’t have any problems. The apartments come with one covered parking space, usually in the basement of the building, and the villas have 2 or more parking spots. Guests and visitors can easily park their cars on the streets or in the designated visitor parking areas.
